Prior to opening Nadeau’s Appraisals LLC, Ms. Nadeau, was with Nadeau’s Auction Gallery for over twenty years leaving as Vice President of Operations. She is currently a Candidate of the American Society of Appraisals and has passed the ethics exam with ASA. Ms. Nadeau successfully completed the course and examination of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the congressionally recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation, effective through February 2020.

Edwin J. Nadeau Jr. has been president of Nadeau’s Auction Gallery Inc. since 1982.  Prior to that time, he was the owner of a furniture and antique business for 9 years, in Hartford, Connecticut.  His furniture and antique business was family owned and was started by his father in 1945.  Growing up in the everyday business of buying and selling antiques and used furniture prepared a foundation for a working knowledge of the value of a wide range of items.
